Where Disengagement at Work Is Worse Than Joblessness

An interesting and data rich article that shows that disengagement at work is lethal. Even though unemployment can come with a loss of income, energy and vitality as well as social connections, the research states that the unemployed people studied were better off than employed who have bad managers.  While this is a German study, the importance of employee engagement and its lessons are applicable to all of us.

I'm interested in how we find ways to bring passion and curiosity into everyday lives. Embrace being restless, be inspired by others journeys and just have a go.

Above all I value the awake, curious and creative mind that cross pollinates ideas to join the dots and build new ideas.
