What the workshop will cover: The first workshop will: - Provide clarity on why you are seeking a career change and why understanding values and motivations is important - Give a context for change, what’s going on in midlife and the phases of transition - Outline a framework to help think about change and transition - Consider important past milestones how they inform and can help explore options - Find that career sweet spot, connecting abilities, values and passions to help identify purpose The second workshop will: - Assist to understand how to get beyond fears and identify the challenges that could be holding you back - Explore ways of coping with change to enable you to move forward - Highlight your communities of interest, expanding your network and making connections - Cover tips to help you rebrand yourself - Create an action plan with tangible steps so that you can start on that career redesign The one hour follow up session is to help us all stay accountable and to work through any further ideas or issues to turn this plan into action. You will also receive a comprehensive training manual filled with activities, references and follow up materials to take home. |
